Joseph Crocitto – Joe Crocitto is an active stockholder, Board of Director
and serves as Treasurer of NASCorp. Following his illustrious military career,
Joe adapted his skills to the corporate sphere.

Charley Hutchins – As President of Sagamore Gas and Appliance, Inc. of Colfax,
IN, Charley enrolled Sagamore Gas as a stockholder on August 3, 2000. Sagamore became an active Retail Dealer on June 4,
2001. Sagamore Gas was also the first propane dealer to enroll customers in NASCorp’s SkyTracker™ tank and home monitoring
programs. Charley is an industry veteran, having been employed by the Indiana Propane Gas Association as its Executive
Director during the 1980’s. Thereafter, Charley and his brother, Brian, acquired two propane distribution companies to
operate. Today, Charley has once again emerged as one of the NGL industry’s leaders, being elected by his peers as
President of the Indiana Propane Gas Association and to a Director’s position on NASCorp’s Board of Directors.

Don Gottula – Donald Gottula of Gottula Oil Company of Elk Creek, NE was
recently elected by his peers in Nebraska to serve another term as a Director to the Nebraska Propane Gas Association
(“NPGA”). Don previously served as President of NPGA and is a council member to the Nebraska Propane Education and
Research Council (“PERC”). Don and his wife, Kathryn, are active stockholders in NASCorp and assisted in NASCorp’s
booth at the International Exposition in Atlanta, 2004. Kathryn helped to introduce SkyTracker™ to propane dealers of
the world.

Danny Leverette – Danny is an active stockholder (2001) in the Corporation and serves on the
Board of Directors as Secretary of the Corporation. On the Republican ticket for Williamson County, Tennessee, Danny
became Mayor of the growing community of Spring Hill in a landslide referendum vote on April 14, 2005. Spring Hill,
TN is the ninth fastest growing city in the United States and is also a model city for fiscal budgeting. Danny helped
promote the fiscal budget, which decreased Spring Hill’s property tax rate to 22¢ per hundred, as compared to 65¢ per
hundred for Spring Hill before and Goodlettsville and other communities today. Danny was one of the leaders and
supporters of that policy of spending restraint and accountability. Danny has served as 2nd Alderman for Spring Hill,
Tennessee for the past four years. He has also sat on Spring Hill’s Planning Commission for the past six years, and has
served on the Economic Development Committee. Danny Chaired the Parks and Recreation Committee.
